BIOGRAPHY
Charlie Gaddis was born in 1966 at Parma Community General Hospital in northeast Ohio. As a boy, he found himself heavily involved in community with his Scout Troop 411 of Sharon Center where he earned his Eagle rank along with five palms and attended a couple jamborees.

He graduated from Highland High School in Medina, Ohio where he transferred to Wittenberg University to earn his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting and Finance.
​
In 2003 he earned his Master's of Business Administration degree from the Executive Program at Baldwin Wallace University.
​
Today, he resides in Medina, Ohio where he runs his family owned business along with his college sweetheart and wife of thirty years along with his three children Rachelle, Grace and Chip.
